Skills: • Construction management planning, Resource deployment, Contract and Purchase, Schedule of rate, Specification standard and drawing reviews. • Equipment maintenance • Contract management • Health and safety environment management • Excellent communication skills and negotiation • Computer Literate (includes ability to use excel, word, power point and other office tools) • Knowledge of Auto-card and solidworks software. • Knowledge of SAP • Knowledge of Poka • Proficient in carrying out PPMs and repairs in a safe and hygienic manner. • Good attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure as part of a team. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Enthusiastic and conscientious with a proactive approach to Good Manufacturing and maintenance Practices. • Highly organized, with the ability to maintain, organize, and prioritize workload effectively. • Ability to work quickly under pressure and carry out fault finding diagnosis with a clear structured approach. • Ability to operate a clean as you go policy, ensuring full compliance with food hygiene standards. • Flexibility towards hours worked, including rotating morning/afternoon shift
