Brandix Intimates India (BII), established in April 2022 under Brandix Apparel Solutions, Sri Lanka, is the result of merging two lingerie manufacturing plants. I successfully managed BII's merger and relocation to achieve 100% on-time delivery. My responsibilities included planning, monitoring, and controlling the entire value stream from raw material acquisition to delivery in line with the master production plan.

• Effectively project-managed ERP system and other system implementations implementation, operations management at the new plant.

• Initiated and executed projects to bridge gaps between systems, integrating value-adding systems into Brandix ERP.

• Implemented a KPI monitoring mechanism, utilizing Advanced Excel and Power BI dashboards for end-to-end process monitoring, and proactively identified potential risks in overall order management process (e.g., risk on RM in-house dates and PCD hit rates, RM ordering vs. requirements for potential short shipments, daily plan vs. actual, including LC hit rate for potential risks in deliveries, RM and FG warehouse space availability vs. occupancy with future forecasts to identify potential space concerns, etc.).

• Led technology transformation projects, including SFCS V2, Infor M3 new warehouse implementation, and real-time quality monitoring.
