Job Description:

  • Led project management activities for industrial system integration & construction projects with strict scope, schedule, quality, and budget controls.

  • Maintained high collaboration within procurement, finance, and engineering teams. Controlled labor and material forecasts. Tracked and optimized equipment commissioning time and material spend and ensured contract compliance.

  • Engaged in continuous communications with clients to manage scope requirements, oversaw change requests, and resolved external conflicts constructively. Ensured alignment with client expectations throughout the project.
