Job description
Installation of Living building System components for residential and commercial projects,
Systems include but in limited to:
Green Façade / Trellises
Green Roofs / Blue Roofs
Rooftop Landscaping
Various Stainless-steel cable applications
-cable railings -catenary lighting -safety netting -art installations
Prerequisites:
Construction &/or Landscaping experience 3-5 years
Capable of working with a variety of power tools
Fall Protection Certificate – Valid
Understanding and compliance of WorkSafe requirements and regulations
Works well within a team &/or alone
Willingness to learn new skills and undertake training
Time management
Drivers License
Skills required
Comprehensive carpentry / metalwork / hardscaping skills with use variety of power tools
Measuring / layout
Working at heights
Knowledge & interpreting of plans / shop drawings / blueprints
Problem solving
Skills Desired
Supervisor / foreman
Operator’s tickets - Boom/scissor -Forklift -skid steer -telehandler
Basic Rigging experience
Irrigation experience
Hardscaping experience
Plant & Soil knowledge
Trailer towing
Starting wage $25-30 based on experience
Head office based in Vancouver -Mt Pleasant
Work sites located all over Lower Mainland
