Job Description

Job Summary

We are hiring a Roofer / Labourer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with roofing experience who is also willing to assist with general labour duties. You’ll be working on residential and/or commercial projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with installation, repair, and replacement of roofing systems (metal/torch on/asphalt)
  • Handle materials, tools, and equipment on-site
  • Perform tear-offs and site prep
  • Support experienced roofers on installations
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

  • Roofing or construction experience preferred
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Fall protection, WHIMIS, First Aid tickets an asset (training can be provided)
  • Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license an asset
