We are looking for experienced Project Managers to be part of the success of our new MAKE Projects Ltd. Victoria office, work on our Vancouver Island projects and stay connected to our Vancouver team too.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactive problem solving
Preparing and monitoring project budgets, cash flows, forecasts, schedules, risk registers and issues logs
Thorough design reviews
Chairing meetings, preparing agendas, meeting notes and monthly reports
Leading negotiations on contracts and change orders
Monitor project deliverables
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Coach and support project team with tasks assigned
All other project management tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or similar
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Exceptional verbal and written communication and organizational skills
5 years experience as Project Coordinator or Project Manager
