What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee commercial and institutional HVAC, plumbing, hydronic heating, and fire protection projects from concept to completion
Prepare and review accurate project estimates, budgets, and schedules
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues to ensure quality, timelines, and cost targets are met
Ensure projects comply with current building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
Lead site meetings, inspections, and ensure strong communication across all stakeholders
Foster positive client relationships and maintain Westway’s reputation for high-touch service and lasting partnerships
Support and mentor site teams with a focus on efficiency, safety, and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

8–10 years of experience in construction, with a strong background in plumbing and HVAC systems
3–5 years of experience managing construction projects end-to-end
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction specs, and technical documents
Strong estimating experience, preferably with commercial and institutional builds
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
A hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
