Project Coordinator Position Description

The following is the Position Description of the Project Coordinator.  Other duties may be required that are not listed below.

-         Assist the Project Manager, assist the office and shop if needed.

-         Understand client’s requirements and communicate well. Respond to customers’ inquiries by phone calls and emails in time, keep in contact with the site supervisors.

-         Quote jobs, Price projects / jobs

-         Commercial, Architectural, and Residential

-         Computer Skills: Auto CAD, Microsoft Office, etc.

-         Manage all aspects of drawings and files. Ensure accurate drawing packages are prepared for fabrication.

-         Visit each jobsite for issues or assist the team if needed.

-         Coordinate the progresses of projects.

-         Coordinate installers and helpers and manage the labour team.

-         Order materials and parts and keep track of Quantity Variation. Deal with vendors, report to the vendor in 24 hours if supplies came in wrong.

-         Attend meetings and create reports for meetings.

-         Create report for incidents.

-         Assist as needed with unloading of delivery trucks and help installers with loading vehicles and site installations.

-         Accept skill and equipment training.

-        Language requirement: Proficiency in Englis

Preferred Qualifications

-     Work Experience requirement: minimum 3 years.

-     Education Level requirement: Bachelor’s degree Equivalents
