VISW Electrical Solutions (a division of The ESL Group) is on the hunt for a skilled, reliable, and motivated Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. What You’ll Be Doing:
Residential & commercial service work
Electrical construction on South Island projects
Troubleshooting, installations, upgrades
Working both independently and with our crew on-site
What We’re Looking For:
Red Seal Journeyperson Certification
Minimum 4 years of experience
Commercial/residential experience required
Comfortable with heights, ladders, and aerial lifts
Mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, detail-driven
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Comfortable commuting anywhere between Victoria and Nanaimo
Willing to travel occasionally (LOA + accommodations paid)
Perks & Compensation:
$45–$47/hour + overtime
