Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Superintendent or Job Site Supervisor in retail construction projects (tenant improvement experience preferred).
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and materials to meet project schedules.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and design teams.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project management.
