As our company grows, we are looking for an experienced Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic to join our team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of piling, shoring, and drilling equipment. This role involves both shop and fieldwork, ensuring our machines remain in peak operating condition.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on a variety of heavy equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic drills, grout pumps, air compressors, concrete pumps, excavators, skid steers, and more.
- Work with equipment from brands such as Soilmec, Atlas Copco, Doosan, Putzmeister, and John Deere...
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and servicing according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers for maintenance and repairs on specific equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment.
- Assist with some material deliveries and job site errands, if needed.
- Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations, company policies, and all safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and diesel engines.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$38.00 per hour
