We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Exteriors Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with various tasks related to the exterior work of construction projects, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of building exteriors such as siding, roofing, windows, doors, and insulation. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with the installation and repair of exterior building materials such as siding, roofing, and trim.
- Help prepare and maintain work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and deliver them to the construction site.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment (e.g., drills, saws, nail guns) as required.
- Measure, cut, and fit materials to specifications for exterior installations.
- Help install windows, doors, and insulation for energy efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, removing debris and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
- Assist with scaffolding setup and other support tasks for workers working at heights.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Follow instructions from senior crew members or supervisors and work as part of a team.
- Ensure that all work is completed on time and to the specified standards.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in exterior construction, roofing, siding, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
