Starting rate for an experienced painter is based on skill level and will be determined after a short trial period. This could anywhere from $25/hr - $35/hr. Painters who demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a solid work ethic can earn even more with Piece Work rate options, with the equivalent of earning $35 - $45 hourly.

Visibility vest
Safety footwear
Proper PPE
Preferred Qualifications
Strong trim-prepping and clean caulking skills,
Able to properly fill nail holes
Clean cut-lines
Ability to brush/roll trim with a clean, smooth spray-like finish
Excellent wall prep skills for topcoat
Able to produce clean cutlines and a smooth rolled surface
While it is not required for you to have a vehicle to work for us, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation will make your commute to and from job sites much easier. We don’t have a standard work schedule, but you would be expected to work a full 8-hour day, Monday - Friday. The construction industry is always changing, and so is our work schedule, some projects could require weekends and overtime, and while not mandated, these extra hours are a great way to up your skill level and your income.
