Electrical Project Manager – Vancouver Island (Parksville or Campbell River Office)

We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee diverse electrical projects across Vancouver Island. Based out of either our Parksville or Campbell River offices, you’ll lead a division with work provided by our sales and estimating teams. This role blends office and on-site responsibilities—you might spend the morning pricing changes for a customer, checking in with crews, and coordinating materials, then head out in the afternoon to meet clients or review installs on-site.

You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, team engagement, top-quality workmanship, and hitting financial targets. Your ability to manage electrical design, pricing, and strategic planning will drive your division’s growth, especially in commercial and residential areas.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial performance and project profitability
Assist with estimating and electrical design
Schedule crews and manage workflow
Handle change orders, pricing, and negotiations
Lead strategic planning and decision-making
Order and price materials
Mentor and develop site Foremen/Forewomen

Preferred Qualifications

Required:

Strong electrical construction knowledge
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Decisive, solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to negotiate and manage conflicts
Financial and construction math proficiency

Preferred:

Red Seal Electrician Certification
FSR B or A
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam
Experience with Accubid estimating software
