We are currently seeking an experienced Project Foreman to join our team in the Nanaimo and Central Vancouver Island area. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a broad skill set across residential, commercial, and multi-residential electrical work, and a passion for mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage electrical crews on-site for various project types
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence
Support and mentor electricians and apprentices
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery
Work closely with Project Managers to track progress and address jobsite needs

Qualifications:

Red Seal Electrician certification
Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead Hand
Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and multi-residential electrical systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Class B FSR (an asset)
