Operate mobile, tower, or overhead cranes to lift, move, and place materials safely and precisely
Inspect cranes and equipment before, during, and after operation to ensure safe working conditions
Follow all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety regulations and procedures
Communicate clearly with riggers, signal persons, and site supervisors
Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly
Secure loads properly and verify load weights and rigging configurations
Maintain accurate operation and inspection logs
Assist with setup, teardown, and positioning of crane equipment as required
Valid crane operator certification (NCCCO or equivalent required)
Minimum [X] years of crane operating experience preferred
Strong knowledge of crane safety standards and load charts
Ability to read and interpret hand signals and lift plans
Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
Dependable, punctual, and safety-oriented work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
