The Role
As our Site Superintendent, you will lead the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects run safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Maintain project schedules and daily site operations
- Ensure safety standards and site organization
- Maintain quality control and attention to detail
- Work closely with project managers and clients
- Keep projects moving forward and solve problems as they arise
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of commercial or multi-family construction experience
- Proven ability running commercial job sites
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Highly organized and proactive
- Someone who takes ownership and accountability
- Looking for a long-term position with a growing company
- Ability to work out of town at times in remote locations
