Plan B Contractors is a locally owned and operated General Contractor, proudly serving the Okanagan and surrounding areas. We specialize in commercial, residential, and mixed-use construction projects — and we’re growing. We're currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic construction team.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, solution-focused, and able to lead with confidence. You'll be responsible for overseeing projects from pre-construction through to closeout, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met — all while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Review construction drawings and site conditions to assess project risks and costs
Develop detailed scopes of work, material take-offs, and in-house labor plans
Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
Lead all phases of construction including planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution
Coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
Maintain construction schedules, cost tracking, safety compliance, and quality standards
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Oversee change orders, project documentation, and regular reporting
Ensure site safety and company policies are upheld throughout project delivery
Keep the project team focused and motivated to deliver exceptional results

5+ years of experience in project management within a general contracting environment
Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and best practices
Proven ability to lead construction teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and construction estimating software
Post-secondary diploma in construction-related discipline is an asset
Gold Seal Certification is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
