Flexibility to work occasional afternoon, evening and overnight shifts
Command of the English language, both written and verbal
Construction experience is preferred
Must be physically able to conduct routine construction demolition and clean up tasks with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
CSA approved steel toed boots, hi-vis vest, and a hard hat
The ability to work at job sites throughout the Lower Mainland
