Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic entry-level Concrete Scanning Technicians to join our team. There are two vacancies and hiring is on-going. You will locate embedded features within concrete structures using geophysical equipment such as Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), interpret and mark results, and collect data to draft detailed reports.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Scan and map concrete structures using non-destructive methods, analyze collected data, and mark results on-site.
- Create professional reports, maintain photographic records, and structural documentation.
- Operate, maintain, transport, organize, and clean tools and equipment.
- Engage professionally with other trades and technicians.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines.

Ideal Candidate:
- Skills and Requirements: A valid driver’s license, willingness to learn, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. A background in construction, a strong work ethic, and mechanical knowledge are advantageous.
- Personal Qualities: Methodical, detailed-oriented, able to work in physically demanding environments, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is critical for report writing.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs, work at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions, and stand or walk for extended periods.
