Osprey Electric is a growing company, and we are looking for an experience Commercial Electrical Foreman to join our team in Nanaimo and Central Vancouver Island areas. We are committed to delivering top-quality workmanship, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the growth and success of our team. The ideal candidate for this position has experience leading crews of 5-15 people, experience being a Foreman on multi residential projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead electrical crews (5-15 people) on commercial and multi-residential sites
  • Manage daily site operations to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence
  • Work closely with Project Managers to keep things running smoothly
  • Mentor apprentices and Journeymen. It’s your leadership that helps to grow future tradespeople
  • Maintain high standards or professionalism and customer satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery

What You Bring:

  • Red Seal Electrician certification
  • Strong background in commercial and multi residential projects
  • Experience with pipe bending, large distribution installations, and fast-paced job sites
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor crews of 5-15 people or more.
  • Excellent leadership, organized, effective communication skills, and solution- orientated.
  • Class B FSR (an asset)
