About the Role:
As a Carpenter/Concrete Finisher at Transition Construction, you'll play a vital role in bringing our innovative designs to life. You'll be involved in all aspects of the construction process, from formwork and concrete placement to finish carpentry and project completion ensuring deadlines and budget considerations are met. Must be willing to travel from different sites in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. MUST have Valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities:
· Safety First: Follow all safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and contribute to a safe working environment.
· Punctuality and Reliability: Be punctual, reliable, and willing to work overtime hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
· Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members, communicate clearly, and maintain a high standard of professionalism as a Transition Construction representative
Skills:
Physical Requirements:
o Physical fitness to handle the demands of an active construction site, including repetitive lifting, bending, and standing.
o Ability to work in harsh weather conditions
Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
Tools: Own basic hand tools and PPE (steel-toed boots, hard hat, safety vest, tool belt, etc.).
