Mazzei Electric started in Nanaimo, BC in 1994. We started as a small family run company that focused on commercial service contracts. We are currently hiring for 2nd to 4th Year Apprentice Electricians in Victoria, BC and the surrounding areas. Compensation for this role ranges from $21.17/hour to $30.69/hour, health and dental benefits after three months, and RRSP matching after one year. When you factor these together the total compensation ranges from $23.55 to $33.36.
Responsibilities
- Conduit bending
- Reading and interpreting drawings and schematics
- Drilling and cable-pulling
- Punctual and reliable presence on worksites
- Follow safety programs and policies, wear appropriate PPE, and attend safety training as required
- Present a positive, can-do attitude in the workplace and with our clients
- Cutting in and splicing switches/receptacles/lights
- Use of standard construction power tools
