The Construction Forepersons will assist the Project Managers in handling job site activities and supporting the field staff.Your contributionsPlan, organize, lead and see out construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budgetSupporting field staff by communicating details and overseeing applicationAttend trade meetings, consultant meetings and other relevant site meetings as required by projectsSite review of applications to confirm conformance to detailsPrepare site quality checklist and site progress reportsConfirm material inventory for upcoming jobs, order materials as needed with purchaserLiase with Consultants, Engineers, Superintendents, and CustomersPromote a safe work cultureCoordinating deliveries of material and equipment with suppliers and vendorsCreating schedules for workers and subcontractorsMaintaining a daily log of construction site operations and identifying any gaps or areas that need to be addressedImplementing techniques and strategies that are both efficient and cost-effective</description>

As Safety Advisor, you will work closely with management and field staff to administer, implement, oversee and monitor our occupational health and safety program. Our Safety Advisor is important to our team, being the first point of contact for all items safety to our organization. Our Safety Advisor is patient, understanding and views situations as an opportunity to learn and improve on knowledge. Our Safety Advisor is pro-active in their approach, organized, and well-mannered to our teammates and will improve the occupational health and safety of our staff.
