Examples include linear meters of pipe, tonnes of gravel, cubic meters of excavation/fill.· Understand production schedule, identify crew and equipment needs, calculate production rates and, direct work of assigned crew to meet schedule.· Perform daily forecast of crew cost and production rate and report to Superintendent as required.· Communicate on a professional level with inspectors, subcontractors, owner reps and the public.· Create as-built drawings for completed works.· Complete company required or regulatory documents such as DRA, JHA, Weekly Jobsite Inspection sheet, timesheets, etc.· Supervise, mentor and coach craft personnel as it relates to company policies, procedures, and work requirements.· Support published corporate policies.
