Based in our Vancouver office, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our clients’ visions to life. This position oversees the contract execution phase, ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality that exceeds expectations. Oversee sample and shop drawing reviews, attend site meetings, and conduct thorough deficiency assessments.Budget & Estimating: Contribute to accurate project budgeting and estimating throughout the contract lifecycle.Site Expertise: Conduct site and needs assessments to inform project implementation strategies.Design Support: Modify existing design drawings and produce additional documentation while upholding the established design intent.Wayfinding Strategy: Develop and refine location plan and message schedules for comprehensive wayfinding programs.Team Coordination: Collaborate with construction, architectural, and consultant teams, as well as internal Cygnus staff, ensuring seamless project execution.
