           <title>Senior Project Manager - Buildings</title>
           <description>As a Senior ­­­­­­­­Project Manager at Graham you will:Prepare and monitor the project master schedule in conjunction with the Project Management team.Ensure coordination and administration of drawings, drawing records, and revisions, site instructions and change order process.Chair project meetings and ensure quality of project meeting minutes.Prepare project execution plan in conjunction with Superintendent.Advise Manager on project execution issues, potential claims, and disputes in a timely fashion.Identify required and optional changes in project scope; negotiate change orders with the owner.Review the project&#039;s production, cost, and schedule with the project staff as the project proceeds on a weekly basis and ensure proper coding and cost allocation.Ensure the execution of the quality control program on the project, and that all aspects of the work conform to applicable specifications, codes, and standards.Ensure project closeout activities such as coordinating documentation for deficiencies, warranties, operation and maintenance information are completed in a timely and accurate fashion.Oversee Subcontractor Procurement Process, as well as monitor and track equipment and resources inventory.Contribute to estimating of projects, including determining project scope, subcontractor selection, pre-award planning, and costing.Complete margin forecast in Projects program and review with Manager on each month end, as well as oversee progress invoicing and collection of receivables.Act to resolve disputes between the company and owner, or company and subcontractors when possible prior to Manager’s involvement.Build and maintain effective and efficient working relationships with internal and external clients.Lead, promote, and maintain a positive safety culture within the team, without compromise.Take responsibility for the development, implementation, and execution of the Project Specific Safety Plan and monitor and measure HSE goals and expectations using Key Performance Indicators.Review, approve, and close out all incidents to support Continuous Improvement processes and feedback for the HSE MS.Ensure that Project Quality Risk Assessment is conducted for the project upon award of project contract.</description>

           <description>About the RoleThe Estimator reports directly to the Chief Estimator in our Infrastructure group and will be responsible for performing all facets of an estimate including quantities, costing and sub-trade analysis for presentation and final review of major items.As an Estimator at Graham you will:Determine the project scope of work.Set-up and complete estimate in company standard estimating program.Prepare preliminary construction schedules based on self-perform productivities and subcontractor input to determine project duration and resulting overhead costs.Complete estimate quantification and draft costing of labour, including productivities, equipment including productivities, material, and subtrade plugs.Identify and develop constructability requirements for project construction.Participate in the identification of project risk and cost mitigation, as well as the potential for project opportunities and cost savings.Participate in the analysis of potential strategies, advantages, or innovations for the project that could provide Graham with a more competitive bid.Analyze subcontractor bids for irregularities and ensure the full scope of work is included.Participate in the bid close or, when solely responsible, lead bid close with oversight by a more senior estimator.</description>
