If you&#039;re detail-oriented, committed to achieving successful outcomes, and passionate about the art of building, we encourage you to apply!Apprentice Responsibilities &amp; DutiesDemonstrates a willingness to learn and develop carpentry skills under the mentorship of skilled carpenters.Supports rough and finish carpentry tasks according to company standards and project specifications.Prepares layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring toolsAssists in various carpentry activities such as site demolition, concrete work (footings/foundations), structural framing (steel beam, LVL&#039;s/posts), light framing, roof framing, stairs, drywall installation and finishing, windows and doors installation, flooring (hardwood, laminate, tile), finish carpentry (trim, panelling, doors), cabinetry, painting, exterior wood siding and trim, deck and stairs, fencing, carports, covered porches.Assists in laying out and installing stairs.Assists in establishing grades for proper drainage of flatwork and simple structures.Assists in site establishment under the direction of the Lead Carpenter or Construction Manager.Participates in site de-establishment activities as necessary.Assists in finding solutions to challenges that arise during construction projects.Maintains accurate records of work performed, including time entries and daily logs.Completes material and dump runs. Demonstrates professionalism in interactions with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.Performs general labour duties and clean up as requiredPerforms other duties as needed. Who a...</description>
