They ensure all on-site activities are safely executed within the project schedule, budget, and scope while exceeding customer expectations. They will lead the team, teaching, coaching, and mentoring their crew according to Leading Edge Electric’s values, policies, and procedures.Key Qualifications:FSR B - PreferredCertified Inter-Provincial Red Seal Journeyman Electrician - Mandatory4+ years of experience in commercial electrical service and tenant improvementsInstallation experience (e.g. distribution, lighting control, fire alarm, etc.)Leverages expertise to always deliver quality work and pursues opportunities for continuous improvementEthical with a focus on providing the best experience for all stakeholdersStrong work ethic (punctual, reliable, self-motivated, and ability to work independently)High level of accuracy and attention to detailKey Duties:Conducts high quality work aligned with company expectationsInstalls, tests, and commissions electrical equipment and systemsEnsures tasks are completed on budget, on schedule, and on scopeParticipates in site-related meetings including site walkthroughs, checklists, and safety meetingsAssists project staff with estimating and managing change orders as per company processAddresses and/or escalates issues accordingly (e.g. site problems, failed inspections, safety incidents, etc.)Manages site equipment and materials, ensuring that they are ordered, received, stored, and used correctlyMaintains and enforces safety complianceEnsures t...</description>
