Lead positions lead a small mostly independent crew, with a provided truck and fully stocked tool trailer. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:· Read, understand, and interpret plans and specifications.· Plan work and coordinate layout needs to facilitate construction for assigned scopes of work.· Able to shoot grades for pipe and trenches.· Perform quantity take-offs to estimate material needs.
